Evan Viera is a multi-award winning director and composer. His work has screened in hundreds of festivals worldwide, been viewed tens of millions of times online, and has received some of the world’s most honored prizes.
He has presented before Pixar Animation Studios, Ars Electronica Festival, and to numerous universities across the US.
He is also a Director at Yukfoo. His most recent short “The Giant” was commissioned by the Palau Government as part of their campaign “The Palau Pledge”, which aims to end the environmental impact of the island’s tourism. The short was Viera’s debut as a live-action Director and it was honored many of the world’s top prizes. It received 3 Grand Prix at Cannes Lions, including the Ceremony’s top Titanium Grand Prix, and the extremely rare Black Pencil at the AD&D Awards Ceremony.
In 2018 Viera was ranked the #1 Director by Cannes Lions for his work’s achievements that year.
